$25.00 for each ATV, $5.00 for each additional rider.

Deadline for entry form is September 16th, 2013.  Entry forms received after this date will be penalized with a $5.00 late fee for each rider.  Participants must be in line/ready to ride at 10:30!  NO LATE COMERS!

NOTE:  Ages 16 and under must be accompanied by a guardian.  EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO WEAR A DOT APPROVED HELMET.  Goggles are highly, highly recommended.

LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED

Directions to the meeting point are as follows:

Take US 64 to Columbia.  After arriving in Columbia, at the stop light, turn on Hwy 94 South.  Approximately 6 miles, turn LEFT onto Frying Pan Road.  The Frying Pan Fire Substation will be on your LEFT.
